OPC Incentive Program


Are you earning money from our Off Premise Catering Incentive Program? If not, you should be! Check out the details below for more information.

The entire management team is eligible for the incentive! It's paid to the manager who solicits the off premise catered event.

  • The incentive is 5% of the retail booking price of the off premise catered event.

  • The event must be a new off premise event or new business using a dining venue on campus. It cannot be a returning customer.

  • The event must be an event that the management staff solicited or recruited themselves.

  • The off premise catering tracking form must be completed and emailed to thsmarketing@thompsonhospitality.com The tracking form can be downloaded from SharePoint under Catering.

  • Payment will be made the payroll period after the tracking form is submitted using the dates below.

1st Quarter Events

Jan- March | E-mail tracking form due by April 30th

2nd Quarter Events

April - June | E-mail tracking form due by July 30th

3rd Quarter Events

July- September | E-mail tracking form due by October 31st

4th Quarter Events

October- December | E-mail tracking due by December 31st
