Lights, Camera, Action!


Congratulations to Bowie State Executive Chef, Keith Sipek, who performed a cooking show in front of a live audience as part of the 5th Annual Food Day symposium hosted by Bowie State University and the USDA.

The recorded show will appear on national broadcast through both Verizon and Comcast! The televised menu consisted of Pan Seared Chicken, Quinoa and Wild Grains Pilaf, Sautéed Collard Greens, and a Poached Pear with Hazelnut Sauce.
