At the Northeast District Meeting, managers shared great ideas that work in their units. Today our best practice tip comes from Nafeesah Bush, Board Manager at Cheyney University.

"I placed two timers in the kitchen. One goes off an hour before service and the other 30 minutes prior to the meal period. It helps the staff complete their duties on time and utilize their time appropriately."
